Sync CLI with App login?
To log in into some Apps I wrote Keyboard Maestro macros that open the 1Password GUI (Quick Access in v8) to fetch credentials (username, password, OTP). Unfortunately the search functionality of v8 is rather buggy; it irregularly does not return the result for a search string. Hence the log in will fail. This is becoming a major PITA each morning. Therefore I consider using the CLI instead of the GUI. However, I don't like the separate log in / logout (actually op signin and op signout) plus using an access token.
Would it be possible to allow CLI command if and only if the 1Password GUI is unlocked?

Having the CLI unlocked from the 1Password app is actually being worked on for a future version of the CLI. I don't have any timelines to share at the moment, but this will be available in the near future.
