Feature request: allow users to overwrite/edit Mask Email address when creating a new login
I have my own domain name which I'm using with FastMail and it works perfectly, allowing me to use my domain name with masked emails. Before using FastMail, I used to use an email pattern like companyZZZ@mydomain.com to register with a website called companyZZZ, so that any spam received to that unique email address would identify which company has leaked or sold on my email address and I could then create an email rule to move all future emails to that address to a junk or spam folder.
Now with masked email addresses, these are automatically added and managed in FastMail, so if I want to block email to a masked email address, it's just one click in the FastMail app or web UI, much quicker and easier than setting up a rule.
If it were possible for me to edit/overwrite the masked email address offered, then it'd make my strategy for easily identifying abuse of my email address much quicker and easier to deal with.
