Security Key prompt?

I have "80400049, on NIGHTLY channel". I restarted 1Password and was prompted for my security key (message about changes not being saved). I inserted it and tapped the button but this did not satisfy 1Password. I changed to pick the Authenticator App option and the screen disappeared before I could locate and enter a PIN.
