GENERATE PASSWORD NOT POPPING UP

in 1Password in the Browser

i just downloaded and signed up today, family plan. I go to Amazon account and try to edit my password and in the "new password box" hoping 1password suggestion wilkl pop up. The i logo is there with a lock on it, I click that and it says "Press Ctrl+Shift+X to unblock 1password.

I though I was already running 1 password in background????

Anyways I click that to unloick and I enter my master 1password in window that pops up and hit that > and nothing happens

    OK - I have figured it out - VERY POOR INSTRUCTIONS ON the website app

    Hi @DaveLockhart1956:

    Thanks for writing in, and I'm sorry you ran into trouble with unlocking 1Password. We're currently tracking an issue where the arrow button doesn't unlock 1Password in the browser. As a workaround, pressing Enter on your keyboard will work until we get this sorted out. I'll add your feedback to the issue. Thanks!
