While 1Password app is open 1Password for Safari.app won't recognize it

On the video you can see that 1Password app is unlocked but 1Password for Safari badge in Safari show that it's locked and I can't use automatic fill in feature. And can't unlock it. Even if I quite main 1Password app and open it again it won't work.
To resolve the issue I need to turn off and back on 1Password for Safari extension or restart Safari.
Unfortunately I can't track what actually leads to this issue. It just happens 1-2 times a day. Maybe putting Mac to sleep might cause this somehow.
