1P8/Mac sits on top of full-screen windows instead of moving to a free space.

In earlier builds, 1P8 would sit on top of everything. It doesn't do that anymore, but will still sit in front of a full-screen app which is an Apple HIG no-no. The app should be smart enough to do the right thing.

    I'm going to ping Mitch on this one, because I'm not finding the issue in question. Looks like he is out of the office the rest of this week, but hopefully we can get some answers when he returns. 🙂
