Missing translations (French Canada)
Hi,
Using 1Password 8 on Windows 10 v21H1. Base OS language is en-GB, but the my user account is using FR-CA language pack with a matching regional format (24 hour time, jj mmm aa date format). It seems like it's mostly translated, but there's still some English poking through.
For example, in the main window, when you sort by date modified, the month and year are in English
If I right-click the 1Password icon in the notification area of the taskbar, the menu is in English as well.

Japanese is also lacking. Hopefully translations are something they improve quickly.

I don't even see Japanese as a language option. I see:
1. German
2. American English (bleh, embrace your Canadianness here 1Password! 😛)
3. Traditional and Simplified Chinese
4. Spanish
5. French
6. Italian
7. Brazilian Portuguese

As it happens, you're correct - Japanese is not currently part of the 1Password 8
Stablerelease. We took a look at what we had in place during Early Access and weren't satisfied with the quality of that translation, so we took it offline while we work on improving it. But rest assured, @soshiito , Japanese will return to 1Password in improved form.Regarding your original observations here, @faubt , I am happy to pass this on to our developers. We certainly want the language translations to be consistent across your use of the app. Again, our thanks for letting us know of this issue! We'll keep improving. 😀

I'm on 1Password.EU and use the French language as much as possible.
On my windows 10 French version, I installed 1Password for Windows 8.5.0 80500121, channel PRODUCTION.
The interface is in French while the detail of the items is in English.
It's surprising because on the Android version (V7.9.1) everything is in French.
Should I uninstall the win version to reinstall it?

You're right! My brain is so used to bilingualism that I didn't even notice that after clicking Nouvel élément, the menus go back to English! I see this as well! 80500121 on Production.
