Generic instead of personal account/member/collection avatars?

Upgraded from the last beta to the final 8 version and now I have generic account/member/collections avatars instead of my personal ones.

On macOS I still have my personal ones (which I prefer)

Why the difference?

1Password Version: 8.4.0
OS Version: Windows 10
