License Trade-in - Support Ticket Sent Without Response

I was trying to trade in my perpetual license for a membership discount. I sent the following message to the support email address 2 days ago but hasn't heard back:

As described in the message, my trial period is expiring soon so I'd like the ticket be processed prior to that. Thanks.
