Public V8 for macOS release?

Now that we know that public version 8 is available for Windows, when will it be available for MacOS?

    We have not announced a release date for the stable version of 1Password 8 for Mac at this point.

    Thanks for that info. Isn’t V8 cross platform? Hopefully a stable version will come soon.

    Hi @Lovemymelba, thanks for your post here. 1Password 8 does indeed have a shared "core" across platforms, in which much of the heavy lifting of the app happens. However, there are still aspects that are specific to each system (TouchID! FaceID! the list goes on 😀), and we want to make sure the app is fully tested and ready to perform to a high standard on its respective OS. And the team is working on it!

    We'll be excited to hear what you think of 1Password 8 for Mac when it's ready for a Stable release, and hope to impress you with the additions and improvements our development team will be making to forthcoming updates to Early Access. It's an exciting road ahead.
