How to add 1Password app on Windows (Family)

I recently joined a Family membership (I'm the account creator/admin). I already was using 1Password on my Macs and iPhone. I use a Windows 10 PC at work and am looking forward to using 1Passoword on the PC and Chrome browser. How do I do that? Do I first log in to 1password.com on the PC (in Chrome) so I can get my secret key? How do I get the app? Sorry for all the questions. Thanks.

    I figured it out. Looks like I had to install a different extension for it to work on Windows. I just had to disable extension syncing, so I can use different 1password extensions on different computers. Oh well. Thanks again for your help.

    Thanks for the help. I already have the Chrome extension for 1Password 4.7.5.90 (use it on my macs). Can I continue to use that same extension on my Windows PC? Do I just download and install 1Passowrd 8 for Windows, then sign in to it with my master password? What is the best way to get the secret key over to my PC? Can I log in 1password.com on my Windows PC to get it? Thanks.
