closing discussion replaces return thread link

A minor annoyance. If you view a closed discussion you discover that the link at the end of the discussion which usually points to the thread you are viewing has been replaced by a comment that the discussion is closed.

At the bottom of a discussion you usually see a link similar to this:

when the discussion is closed you get this - no link back to thread
