Changing person icons in my.1password.com?

Everyone in our family has the same initials "AJ". When I view all the "People" in my family, we all have an icon next to your name with "AJ". Is there a way to change that? So far I've only invited my wife, but once I invite my kids, we'll have 4 "AJ" icons. If not, can you select which color each icon gets? Example.
