I have just migrated from v6 to v7 and on my iPad and iPhone all my entries are duplicated. But they are NOT duplicated on my Mac or my MacBookAir. Reading the above I think there must be a Tool to remove duplicates but I can't find it. Therefore can you please tell me how I remove the duplicates and, secondly and just as a matter of interest, why aren't I seeing exactly the same data on all devices?

The most likely cause for this is having a "Primary" vault lingering on the iPad and iPhone. The duplicate tool would not help in this case, as it doesn't remove duplicates across different vaults. Deleting that vault will remove the duplicates. If you're having trouble please drop our migration specialists a note at support@1password.com and mention you need help cleaning up a Primary vault. :+1:

Thank you. I have switched off the iCloud Primary vault and all appears well as things are syncing across my devices.
Can you please tell me how I copy my Private vault data into a family vault that others (well, just one other. My wife.) can see? Or how do I give my wife access to my Private vault?

  • @michaelpearce Glad to hear that helped. :) As for moving items into a shared vault, you can find instruction here:
