When logging into TD Ameritrade's website, I have to load the page 3x in order for 1Password to offer autofill:
Initial load, no 1Password

First refresh, I get 1Password icon, but clicking it does nothing.

Second refresh, autofill prompts and loads correctly.

This consistently behaves this way on a daily basis.

    Hey @cmfrazier ,

Is this the login page in question? https://auth.tdameritrade.com/auth

Also, can you provide us with a little more details on your setup:

    • Which operating system you're on? Mac? Windows?
    • Which browser?
    • What is the 1Password extension version in that browser?

As a quick suggestion without having all this info, can you please try disabling all other extensions in your browser except for 1Password and see if things work better then?

Sorry @ag_yaron, I thought I had left that detail.

    -Link correct
    -macOS 12.1
    -1Password 8.5.0
    -Safari 15.2
    -1Password for Safari 2.1.4

Disabled all other extensions, no change.

Thanks for the additional info @cmfrazier .
I'm trying to replicate it here but without luck. Here are my steps:

    1. Open Safari.
    2. Click 1Password in the toolbar and unlock it.
    3. Go to https://auth.tdameritrade.com/auth
    4. 1Password shows up as soon as the page loads.

    Are your steps identical?
Also, can you please try resetting Safari's experimental features to default:

    1. Open Safari and go to its preferences -> Advanced -> Turn on the develop menu.
    2. Click the Develop menu on the top bar of your Mac and select "Experimental Features" -> Scroll all the way to the bottom and select "Reset all to default".
    3. Restart your computer and try to reproduce.
