Trouble downloading single-user app on new iPad
I’ve been using 1P for a few years (single user). Now I have a new iPad and want to install the app, but when I download it from the App Store and try to login I’m required to fill in a line asking for my “sign-in name” — perhaps the app thinks I’m a member of a team, which I’m not. What is a sign-in name and where can I get one? I’ve also tried using the download link on the 1P website but it also just goes to the App Store.

Just to be clear, the “sign-in name” line is in addition to my login name, my password and the master key

What is a sign-in name and where can I get one?
There is no such thing as a sign-in name in the 1Password app, but if you are referring to the sign-in address instead, please try using https://my.1password.com and let us know if it works :)
