No response to my emails

There's 16 of you. When is one of you going to help by opening my last 2 emails to get my problem sorted out.

You've had my money so, please, let's have some action from you.

    Thanks for reaching out here. We make every effort to respond to all messages within 24 hours, often much sooner, though it does sometimes take longer depending on workload. We're almost constantly hiring in an attempt to decrease wait times and improve customer satisfaction. If by "opening my last 2 emails" you're referring to tracking pixels or similar, our support system blocks tracking pixels, so services that normally report when an email has been viewed will likely not work with our system.
