websites won't log me in, they say my passwords are incorrect.

I just loaded 1pw 8 on my Windows 11 using chrome. When I used to open 1pw 7 I could double click a log in and it would take me to the website and auto fill for me. Now when I open 1pw app and select an account to log into it won't take me to the website and autofill for me. How do I fix that?
Second problem: When I try to log into website accounts using my 1pw they say my pass words are incorrect, even if I have just created them.

    I might clarify the above: if I chose open and fill in 1 pw app it will take me to the website but it doesn't open or fill my info to log into the account.

    Can you please confirm what version of the 1Password browser extension you are using?
