Internal updater: Relaunch never happens

When updating 1P via internal updater, the button is named "Update and Relaunch".

The update is executed but a relaunch never happens.

I am observing this since many versions.

The updater downloads and relaunches automatically for me. Under 1Password for Mac > Preferences > Updates tab, do you have Automatically install updates enabled in addition to Automatically check for updates?

I want to trigger updates manually when I get the notofication that an update is available.
When I do, the button says "Update and Relaunch", but 1P never relaunches.
