Cannot quit 1password version 7.7 so I can then install Big Sur

It looks as though I'm on the loading screens for version 7.7 but I cannot quote the 1password app in order to install Big Sur. I've tried all the keyboard shortcuts for trying to quit the app. It isn't running in browsers and because it is open it is saying I cannot restart or shut down my machine. Some screenshots in case they are helpful!
