Getting suggestions for old / deleted accounts in Chrome and Brave

At the log in pages of websites (e.g. Facebook, Patreon etc...)
I'm getting suggestions for accounts that are no longer available on my 1password Vault. It's old accounts that were deleted from Vault.
I don't have this issue on MacOs, only Android (Brave / Chrome browsers). If I go to 1password app on Android and search for logins I don't see old accounts being there.
Tried everything including phone restart (except of reinstalling 1password on my phone)

    Hi @MySuperCoolUserName,

    Could you email a diagnostics report from your Android device to us? It could be how 1Password is set up on your Android device.
