Edit Tags, Web Form Details, Move Sections/Items

Is there a way to bulk edit tags in the sidebar? Is there a way to edit the web form details? Is there a way to move sections/items up and down in the list? I have some items with incorrect web form details (other than username and password) which leads to the incorrect (old) data being filled. Currently if I want to bulk edit tags, I have to do it on iOS.

    I did find the setting in the settings pane that enables viewing/editing of the web form details. Cross that one off the list.

    It would be great if sections and fields within sections can be moved like on Mac OS and iOS.
    It would also be great if tags were editable in the sidebar like on Mac OS and iOS.

    So far, I am really impressed with the new Windows version.
