1Password Autofill is not matching on complete website address
1Password 8 Beta for MAC is suggesting multiple less specific Website address matches when an exact match exists. This does not occur in 1Password7.
As an example, I am on the website https://vcloud.wwtatc.local/ and I have an entry for this in 1Password. Instead of auto-filling with the hotkey it suggests 3 matches:
https://vcloud.wwtatc.local/
https://quali-cluster.wwtatc.local/
https://spip-vcsa-01.sandbox.wwtatc.local/
It should autofill with the first entry like 1Password7 instead of showing matches for less specific entries.

Just to be clear I used to be able to hit cmd+\ and it would autofill my password now on half my sites it is prompting me for 1 of many different logins. Why is it even prompting me on https://www.citi.com/ with a Home depot login that is https://citiretailservices.citibankonline.com/ ?

Any feedback on this? I am forced to choose between multiple logins when 1P used to autofill for this site.

Thanks for your patience as we come back from the end of December!
- You're absolutely correct that 1Password in the browser behaves slightly differently than the previous extension, and the behavior when it comes to multiple entries that could apply to the site you're on is one of those differences. We're always exploring ways to make 1Password better however, and I've let the developers know that this is something you care about.
- We use a list of password manager resources compiled in part by Apple to provide helpful hints, like helping our Smart Password Generator with password rules, or prompting to offer your account for a service that changed their domain, but you have saved your Login item for them using their old domain. I've brought up Citibank specifically, and it is something we're keeping an eye on, so hopefully in the future you should no longer be seeing your Home Depot card when going to
https://citi.com.

Thanks cuz this is a big concern for me. I visit a number of internal sites regularly that used to Autofill and now I am being prompted for 3 choices. I am not immediately sure which one I need to choose.
