Help, I Can Only open Vault on iPhone with Face ID

I have several devices like most people installed with one 1password, Idk what happen, now all my master password won't work on every device, the only device that i has access to open 1Password is an iPhone and only with face ID. Help me please.

I tried to create a new account and copy paste all my data. but it's getting weirder. Smetime i can open the vault using finger ID

    Hi @arianjie!

    Are you able to login to the 1Password.com website with this Master Password, rather than in the app?
