iOS v10.3.4, 1Password still on v5.3

Happy new year to all!

I'm an old Pro user who still has 1Password v5.3 on my old iPhone running iOS 10.3.4. The vault is on Dropbox.

But on my other devices, I'm a subscriber and syncs to a different vault now.

1) Will iOS 10.3.4 run a version of 1Password that syncs with my subscriber vault?

2) How do I make that update, App Store is not showing me that option. 1Password in App Store gives me an "open" option.

    I'm afraid that will not be possible. ⚙️ System requirements for 1Password indicates that 1Password 7 is needed for accounts and 1Password 7 requires iOS 12.2 or later.

    I wish I had better news to share. My best suggestion would be to update the iPhone, if possible, to a newer version of iOS. The likely best option would be a newer device running the latest OS to future-proof things.
