None of my logins open on my iPhone 1 PW App. They're all their but inert

1PW works fine on my Macbook Pro and the iPhone 1PW app is installed on my phone and the Existing Account has been added to my phone. However, when I try to open up one of the Login icons showing up in my Phone App, nothing happens except the icon briefly flashes, but that's it. I don't get it.
