Tag management... Can I manage tags on a selection of entries in parallel?

I love my family but they use 1Password tags inconsistently and they are giving me an engineering mindset headache. e.g. bank and Bank are unique tags; one kid may use gameStop and the other games to mean semantically the same thing. This list goes on ad nauseam.

I am wondering if there is a way to essentially perform "CRUD" operations on a selection of 1Password entries (all the various categories) to 'normalize' and reduce the number of tags that we have accumulated over the many years that we have been using 1Password. Without going through hundreds of categorical entries 1 by 1 so that 'tags' becomes something useful again.
