When a site is installed as a 'desktop app,' there is no toolbar to unlock from. See Google and documentation on this if you're unfamiliar with this relatively new feature. This causes a minor inconvenience as I need to open a separate browser to access the toolbar icon. It's rather strange that a window pops up to tell me to click somewhere else-- Always assumed this was done because of an obstacle with browsers that the engineers faced, but I digress.

Yes, bit of a stretch to call this a bug, and yes, I wager most users who use a third-party password manager will not be having too much struggle with this rather niche anomaly, but I want to make sure that it is known and curious if it will be addressed.
