How do I TALK to someone to get help?
IOS restore resulted in my passwords restoring to an older version and new passwords were lost. Can't login in to the web accounrt because I lost my Secret Key. Folllowed instructions to find Secret Key on my IOS app and there is no Secret Key in the app.
Bizarre that the instructions for a lost Secret Key says to sign in to the web account (requires use of Secret Key) to regenerate your Secret Key,
Understand this might be a small company, but what use is batting email back and forth if you can't resolve an issue with passwords which is critical to users? Pathetic approach to customer service. How do I TALK to someone to get help?
