Blank Dialog box when logging in to Duolingo.

In the last couple of days, when logging into Duolingo using the credentials I have saved in 1Password , I get a blank dialog box titled, "1Password - Save Login". I can dismiss the dialog box with no ill effect, but it's annoying. I have not updated any SW in the last few days. This behavior does not show up on other web sites.
MacOs 12.1, 1Password 7.9.2, Safari 15.1.
