fields don't work

Good morning,
the fields for changing passwords are not editable. I use the 7 verson on my mac. Can anyone help me, please?
I cannot insert new safes...

Extension Version: Not Provided

    Thanks for the info, @giankat. 1Password 7 is not included with 1Password 6. To use 1Password 7 you would need to upgrade to membership. I hope that helps!

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble editing items when using 1Password 7 for Mac. Do you have a 1Password membership? If you don't then do you have a license for 1Password 7 or for an earlier version of 1Password?
