The Key Function: "Up + Command + X" is not working.

When I have to input my username and password to access some subscriptions 1Password asks me to "Press (Up + Command + X) to unlock 1Password". Keep in mind I have already saved my username and password for all my subscriptions. I am also logged into my 1Password account on my Mac. I try pressing these keys multiple times but nothing happens. I end up having to manually enter my username and then copy/paste my password from my 1Password vault. Please help! I'm not sure if there is something wrong with my OS, 1Password, or just user error. Thanks!

    Please use Shift + Command + X. That should get you going. :chuffed: Not to worry this one has gotten a lot of us at one time or another. Whistles slowly. ;) Welcome to the community!
