Latest iOS update (7.9.4) no longer syncs with Mac via WLAN!

Just installed the latest iOS update (7.9.4). It no longer syncs with the Mac via WLAN!
I removed WLAN on iOS so that I can try to add the computer again. No luck. It doesn't find the computer any more. Rebooted my iPad. Rebooted the Mac. Refreshed the computer list. It no longer finds my Mac. This really chaps my hide!
