does not recognize sign in address
I have been trying to sign in to my 1password account and the reply is "The Sign in address is invalid. It is the same as on the kit so don't get it. Also it will not allow me to restart my computer so this is a real pain .Meanwhile I can access my I Password account by logging in as I normally do. This is a real pain as I have spent too many hours trying to figure this out. And very unfortunate that I can not discuss this with a costumer service person as the screw up pertains to the software I believe.

That definitely isn't the experience we want you to have with 1Password. To figure out what could be going on with the 1Password app on your Mac, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:
