Invite a guest - Not an Option? Trying to Share a Vault

Goal: share a vault with a family member. We both have regular yearly subscriptions, neither of us have Family subscriptions. I'm not sure if this is relevant but wanted to mention in case.

Trying to follow the instructions here: https://support.1password.com/guests/ to "Click Invitations in the sidebar." But I don't see it, what I see is this:

Get the Apps
Import
Help & Support Sign Out

I typed it out because I wasn't able to attach a screenshot here (werid?), I ran into this error:
"You are not allowed to post attachments in this category. Please remove any attachments to proceed."

@Leland5 The instructions on that page relate to 1Password Families. If you don't have a Families or Teams subscription then you can't share vaults with others. However, you can share individual items:
