Login item disappears after scanning 2FA-QR-code

Hi

Today, I wanted to check my login items, which do not have 2FA activated yet. Then I found a weird behavior:

  • Sometimes, when I click "scan QR-code", the code is added and I can copy the 2FA-code seamlessly to enter it on the website.

  • But sometimes, the login item disappears from the watchtower-list and I have to search for it to copy the code.

I made a screen-recording of the problem, but I'd prefer to not share it here, as some personal information is visible.
