1Password 8 Beta for Mac eating up CPU

I'm seeing 1Password 8 Beta for Mac eating up my CPU. It's currently at 70% CPU when the main window isn't even open. Is this a bug? Hopefully, it will get resolved in a future release as my MacBook sound like it's attempting to take off.
