[Linux] Drag-and-drop no longer working into some windows

It seems that the last beta has broken drag-and-drop of items into some windows.

I noticed this with a CEF (chromium embedded framework) window used by a VPN application showing Microsoft login page. With 1Password 8.5.0 D&D still works fine; with 8.6.0-26.BETA (and earlier 8.6.0 betas) it does no longer work and I have to use copy-paste. D&D into a terminal window or a browser (Firefox) window (even showing the same login page) still works fine.

(When I first noticed, I initially thought this was a change on the window/site. But as I had to switch back to stable built last week, I noticed it working again. When switching back to latest beta it didn't.)
