How do I cancel billing through App Store + Upgrade to Family Account?

What's the best way to handle moving billing from the app store to 1password? I wanted to upgrade to a Family Account but I don't have the option through the app store or while the subscription is in place through there. Any help would be appreciated!

    I'd reach out to us using support@1password.com and let us guide you. You can cancel the subscription though the store, but we'll also need to make a few changes on our end to allow the upgrade.
