Unable to read "one-time password URL incorrect" message
Hello,
I recently noticed a message underneath the 'password' field for my 1Password login in the Chrome extension. It says, "The one-time password URL is incorrect: check ...". Hovering over it does not reveal the rest of the message and clicking on it does nothing. See a screenshot here.
This message does not appear in the Windows or online versions and it only seems to appear in the entry for 1Password.
My question is what is the rest of the message? Also, what does it mean and what should I do, if anything?
Thanks,
Ross

Hi @rbstrachan, that error message is really strange. Just to check, is that a login item for the account that you're currently signed into, or is it a login item for a separate account? Additionally, do you have 2FA set up for your 1Password account at all?

Hi, @Joy_1P.
I only have one 1Password account, and I'm logged in with it currently.
Yes, I have 2FA set up for my account.
Would it help if I sent a diagnostics report?
Thanks,

Hello @rbstrachan,
I am sorry for the trouble. In this case, please send me an email address to our support page here: support+forum@1password.com at your earliest convenience. We can reset your 2FA and try to add it back to 1Password to set things back on track for you.
