Kernel Panic in v8 beta
for the last week (I've been keeping up with the updates as released), my Late 2015 iMac has had multiple kernel panics occurring typically while I was out of the room. The one time it occurred when I was doing something was when I used the Safari extension to load my home address in a web form. I uninstalled the beta and went back to version 7.91 (or whatever the most recent version was today), and I haven't had any issues since. Running Monterey (non-beta).

Hello @nadeem.vaidya - yikes! I'm really sorry to hear about this.
Would you be willing to send us some diagnostic data so we can better understand what happened here? This could help us ensure that the issue gets fixed in a future update. If so, you can find some instructions on how to send us diagnostic data from 1Password for Mac here 👇
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/
And we can accept these diagnostics at support+mac@1Password.com
Thanks for reporting this, and again we apologize for the inconvenience of that issue. We'd like to make sure it doesn't return!

Of course. Actually, I'm thinking that particular issue may be an impending hardware failure as it's still happening even after downgrading to 1P 7.x. And actually even after reinstalling Monterey.
That being said, I've been getting a similar crash on my MBP running Catalina though not as dramatic. Here I was able to save the logs and I've sent them to the support address.

Thanks @nadeem.vaidya. I see we've received your email and my colleague Tommy has replied. Let's continue the conversation there. 👍🏻
