[Feature request] Option to always allow certain hosts

I used to use an app called Krypton to provide the 2nd-factor SSH login approval functionality that 1Password is now providing. One thing it had was the ability to set certain hosts as "always approved" so that you didn't have to manually approve every login. This is particularly useful in the case of say, a Git client using SSH to connect to GitHub or GitLab, where the sensitivity of the connection is less than say, a production server. It would be great to have that feature here as well because currently, I have to approve connections constantly from my terminal, Git client, and IDE.
