Is there a way to disable the Ctrl - Period shortcut reminder
Since 2.3.0, every time I visit a password field while the extension is locked, I get a rather intrusive pop-up reminding me of the shortcut to unlock the extension. Is there a way to disable this? The 1Password logo is sufficient to let me know 1Password can be used there, and I do know the hotkeys.

Yes, please, this is definitely rather intrusive and I'd like the option to turn it off too, thanks!

I would like to add my support for someone else who would really like to turn off that tooltip.

Came here to submit this ticket as well. Been using 1password for over a year now, I don't need a big tool-tip like this.

Hey folks!
Thanks for sharing your feedback on this! We're continually making improvements and iterating on 1Password in the browser, and this is one of them. This tooltip will go away as soon as you type in the field or interact with the 1Password icon in the field. Additionally, I can let you all know that the tooltip will be a bit smaller in an upcoming release.

Hello @Jack.P_1P . Thanks for the reply.
If you could please consider adding a toggle in the settings to disable the tooltip completely as well, it would be greatly appreciated. Not to be snarky, but after the first day of using 1password, I was aware the hotkey is control + period.
The little tiny lock icon in the bottom right corner of the 1password logo on the extension and in login fields is plenty to let me know if my 1password is locked or not. I mean maybe if it could be on a hover event on the 1password logo in the corner of the field, instead of just default 'BLAM'.
There are edge case scenarios where
A) 1password thinks fields are login fields that actually aren't login fields, where this tooltip popping up can make 1passwored even more frustrating in those situations, andB) there is sometimes content next to the fields that this popups can block. It just simply is not clean.
Regardless, again not trying to be snarky, it's just I dont need to know what hotkey for my password manager is every single time I open firefox and hit my first login screen, the same way that I dont need Windows to remind me that Ctrl + V is how I paste something after I use Ctrl + C to copy something.
Reglardess, thanks for your time and all your hard work. Just my two cents.

Hey @brian1217:
Thanks for your additional feedback on this. I've shared your ideas about a toggle option or it only showing on hover in the issue I mentioned above, and we'll continue to use feedback like this as we iterate to make 1Password the best it can be. 😁
