Minor: Close Windows Hello when 1Password window is minimized.

in Desktop betas (Mac, Windows, and Linux)

I see the Windows Hello prompt now closes when the 1Password window is closed. However, it should also close if the 1Password window is minimized; i.e. we don't need the Hello prompt sitting on the taskbar.
