iPad: Favorites scrolled off screen

Not sure if it's a known bug or not, but periodically my favorites will be scrolled up off the top of the screen, such that none are visible. It'll appear that I have no favorites, but if I scroll down, there they are. Running latest iOS version.

    Is this in portrait or landscape orientation? Any chance you could post a screenshot? (Just be careful with any sensitive information.)
