1Password 7 two factor authentication for on iPad

The 1Password screen on my iPad comes up with Two-Factor Authentication screen asking for a confirm code. Where do I find it?

    I'm happy to hear that you were able to find the six-digit authentication code in your Authenticator app. 😊

    Well I figured it out. My third party authorization program has tabs to select the program I need a code from. I was on a tab for another program. After switching to the correct tab I could see the correct code.

    Yes, but it is asking for a six digit code from an authorization site. What site? How do I turn this off?
