The 1Password screen on my iPad comes up with Two-Factor Authentication screen asking for a confirm code. Where do I find it?

It sounds like you haver 2fa setup on your membership. You would find the code in the app you used when you enabled the feature.

Yes, but it is asking for a six digit code from an authorization site. What site? How do I turn this off?

Well I figured it out. My third party authorization program has tabs to select the program I need a code from. I was on a tab for another program. After switching to the correct tab I could see the correct code.
