Keyboard Shortcuts Only Work in the Foreground with Wayland
I've noticed in Gnome 41 that keyboard shortcuts such as for quick access and launching 1Password only work if the 1Password app is open in the foreground, but do not if if minimized or in the tray under Wayland. However, if I run the xorg session, they work as expected.
