I just jointed 1password and have created a problem with one of my work accounts.
One of my websites totally caught on and now automatically puts in my user name: "An authentication error occurred." It will not longer let me in the website. I deleted this site out of my ipassword account and deleted cookies but is still giving this inside my user name and I a can no longer log in even the normal way. (reservations.synxis.com) I am hoping that if I wait the 30 minutes it will unlock and stop populating this error in my user name. This is making me skeptical of trying to add additional accounts. Why did this happen and how I can I fix this? Is there a rule of certain websites that we should NOT try to use with ipassword like this one?

  • Hey @reniecarroll:

This definitely isn't the experience we want you to have with filling using 1Password. Just to confirm, are you able to successfully log into this website again, or are you still locked out? Let me know, and I can dig in further with you.
