Import stopped at 502 items

I just installed 1password7 on my mac and imported my local vault using "Help->Tools->MIgrate standalone vaults to account" and all it did was import 502 entries. My "Primary" (local) vault has 1018 entries so I would have expected all 1018 entries being copied into the "Private" (hosted by 1password) vault.

There is a little uncertainty that perhaps when I first installed 1password7 there were 2 entries so perhaps it imported 500 entries which would seem like some kind of limit that caps migrations.

How do I get all of my passwords migrated?
