1Password not working

My 1password has been out for the last 5 days. Can not get any reply to several emails.
The problem is as follows: When I click on the icon to open it I get the following message:

Something went wrong
Unknown database error occured
Contact 1Password support for help****

1Password Version: Not Provided
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Not Provided

    Hey @Jasma42, I'm sorry to hear you've ran into an issue with 1Password for Windows. To investigate further, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Windows PC:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (Windows)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+windows@1password.com.

    With your email please include:

    You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here.

    In the meantime, if you need to access your passwords you should be able to do so by logging into 1Password.com.
